Notts Sport Launches Issue 6 of its Portfolio

We’re pleased to launch Issue 6 of the Notts Sport Project Portfolio, featuring some of our latest projects from across the UK.

This year’s portfolio covers everything from school and community facilities to grassroots clubs and high-level sport, with projects spanning hockey, football, cricket, multi-sport and play. Among them is Bedford Hockey Club, where two FIH-compliant pitches were resurfaced and officially opened with England and Great Britain international Sam Ward.

There are also projects at English Martyrs Catholic High School, Trentham Academy, Avon Valley Academy, Rye Hills Academy and Hailsham Academy, as well as community schemes including One Leisure St Neots, Stanley Deason Leisure Centre and Aberfan Community Centre.

Cricket has its own dedicated section, with new and refurbished facilities at Stoke d’Abernon Cricket Club, Royal Ascot Cricket Club and The Change Foundation.

The portfolio also includes an update on our Fast Track Funding provision. Since it was introduced in 2012, the scheme has helped more than 54 organisations get their projects off the ground, representing more than £19.3 million of investment in education and community sport.

This isn’t just about the finished facilities. It’s also a chance for us to share some of the stories behind the projects and recognise the schools, clubs and councils we work with along the way.
