Corporate Social Responsibility statement
We are committed to delivering socially and environmentally responsible products to our customers and to the welfare, health and safety of all of the Notts Sport team and suppliers.
Minimising our impact on the environment is fundamental in the way in which we work, we are committed to the innovation of a more sustainable way of installing a new or resurfaced sport, cricket or play facility. Our research and development team are actively creating new and improved products which reduce the need for SPR infill and the amount of vehicular movement with the reduction of quarried aggregate, our 100% recyclable shockbase system, ShockWave Platinum, is a leading example of this. We are also proud to have become the very first corporate members of the British Association for Sustainability in Sport (BASIS).
We always conduct our business with integrity and with respect to human rights, and encourage an inclusive culture within the Notts Sport team which supports diversity. We are committed to working with ethical businesses, ensuring safe and fair working conditions for everyone throughout our supply chain and installation teams. We comply with all regulations and industry standards set by the trade association for UK sports and play construction industry (SAPCA) and our governing body partners at England and Great Britain Hockey, FIH and the England and Wales Cricket Board.
Notts Sport supports a number of national and local charities both financially and with time, we believe that helping the local community is not just something we choose to do but is actually an essential part of our business. We work closely with our charity of the year, Help for Heroes, and host yearly events raising over £130,000 since 2015.
As a company we are dedicated to achieving our corporate social objectives and will continue to set new goals for the future.
