We are excited to share the unveiling of CocoTurf, the world's first non-plastic artificial grass made from natural coconut fibres.

As a leader in sports and play surfaces, we are proud to offer this innovative play surface that revolutionises playgrounds and recreational spaces by combining durability and performance with an eco-friendly design with zero plastics, zero microplastics and PFAS.

Given the growing demand for sustainable products, we created CocoTurf as an environmentally conscious alternative for safer surfacing. It combines the durability of artificial grass with the environmental benefits of a natural, renewable material. Unlike traditional synthetic turf that typically relies on plastic materials, CocoTurf uses coconut husks and jute backing cloth with natural latex backing. This means it's 100% non-plastic and made entirely from natural components. It's a microplastic-free, PFAS-free, non-toxic option safe for children's playgrounds.

A single coconut typically provides 200grams of useable fibres, and the husks of 600 coconuts provide sufficient fibres to help create a 60 square metre children’s play area.
